so when you like a guy, do u act normal around him, or try to look perfect? i just act like i do around my friends. even if i am weird. well, i guess i wanna be cuz he liked me last yr. but i dunno if he still does haha rolleyes.gif so, how do you act?

well, if it's my first time talking to them, I would act normal...like not my normal self but normal-normal...not too crazy or wierd. But if I been talkin to them I'll just act like myself.

I liked my crush for 3 years, so when I see him, I try to look nicer than usual. I tend to act way more stupid and avoid eye contact with him.

I act my casual self because acting my casual self caused this guy I like to walk me home one time... which means he was fond of my inside personality... very sweet. When I like someone I act my real self to see if they can like me for who I am. If they don't, I don't want to break my heart any further to learn that I have to be a whore to attract them.

I don't act, I behave. Meaning I don't put up a show or anything, I just over a period of time become good friends with them. =] Right now I like the same guy I've been liking for a year, but he went to stupid boarding school. =[

I try to act normal around guys I have a crush on, but I always end up flirting alot. By flirting, I mean giggling at EVERYTHING he says. It pisses me off, but it won't stop lol If I know him well, I will be much more normal and can talk about normal stuff but if I don't know him that well, there will be many awkward silences lol

I'd definately act differently. I've also always been one that that is constantly trying to impress, like I hate it when people look down on me, so I make a point of trying to be on my "best behaviour" all the time. So I guess i'd act normally in that sense.

... How do you "look perfect?" Or do you mean "act perfect?" If it's looking perfect... Um I don't know what you mean by that. But, if it's acting perfect, I think it's kind of hard to do. There's no exact definition to perfection, so if you "act perfect" around the guy, he'll have a false impression of you.

Personally, I act the way I normally do. I guess that's how I attracted my boyfriend of 2 years 9 months and still going strong happy.gif

Be who you are--the ones that fall for you because they love who you naturally are (your "normal self" as you would call it), are the keepers. They appreciate you no matter what.

I'm not really giving advice, just letting out some of my philosophical love stuff. =P

Everytime I get near a crush I avoid eye contact and act all weird and outgoing and crazy, I was like that when I liked this kid named Daniel for 3-4 years, now he's a dork. Haha, most boys like me even though they think I'm a nut.

I try to act like I normally do, but a little less giggly. And somehow I actually manage to do it without getting nervous. I do try to look a little nicer than usual, but without looking really preppy. I'm friends with my crush, & kinda friends with his friends. I even started hanging out with his group last year. Yeah, um, so- I'm just myself when I'm around him, but I'm bursting inside & my stomach's in knots, & my heart's thumping..heh. Then afterwards I get really giddy & I like, can't wait to see him again.

i act like my normal weird self with my crush coz he's go to my drama club amd i'm always hyper there and didn't like him at first so he got to know me as me!! hope that's a good thing..._unsure.gif !!
