you can make your own band aid brush .
by simply choosing and band aid image you want. |

^ Do that pretty much.
 Take picture. If you're using photoshop: Copy and paste onto new doc. Edit>>Define Brush and VOILA! to rotate, also using photoshop, hit cntrl+t and rotate.
