blinkin shining squares in xanga..help.code needed, people have the blinkin squares in sites Options

Go to that site, I dont know the person and it not my xanga. But I want the code to that thing she has on her own xanga site. So please someone help me.

Ok all the way at the top of her site, look above on her site, you will notice she has these straight horizontal line filled with boxes or so called mini/tiny squares colored wit pink, grey white and dark pink , blinking and shinning randomly...

do you see it ??

if so.. i want the code to do that in my site.....

please help me...

i dont even know it's name....

its that blinky shiny boxes at the top of her site in the header's section..
