Yeah, you can learn... I've never seen a baby whistle. I learned when I was like 6 and developed it over the years.

Errm, it's something you learn. I'm pretty sure the way you whistle is also contributed by your jaw/teeth structure like the way your teeth are linked to the way you smile, that kinda thing. I know how to, but it sucks because it's never consistant, I jus blow out wind sometimes.

i dont think so. perhaps it is...like if your lips aren't the right size or shape maybe you can't? but i doubt that whistling is that complex. i know that i can't whistle....i can only make a slight sound but not a loud one.

for me whistling was pretty easy but the thing is u gotta try hella hard if u cant do it haha the nly way i learned was because my dad and my brother would do it and it wuld piss me off cuz i couldnt


now i whistle 3 diffrent ways

1 tounge flat and have a little heart shaped hole for ur lips its gonna be pretty small

2 curved tuonge pushed up t the rof f ur mouth but not t hard/

3 cuff ur hands togethr and blow

the third one is hard...i only got one purpose to whistle...its to call my dog

It's not something that you are born with, it's something that you can learn. Some people can whistle better than others because they know how to shape their lips and tongue and when/how to suck in air simultaneously.
