I think you can get a free trial of the newer version, CS2 which is 9.0.

you can't keep on downloading trials, trust me before my parents got me photshop i was a mess, i kept trying to download trials, but they track your IP. adress so you can't get it again, or else you'd be getting it free. and so it will just say your 30 days are up. i'd try ebay if you want to buy it.

^ Well ofcourse you can't keep downloading it from adobe.com, but you can get it from other places and download there trial once , but your right you can't download over and over but if you find diffrent sites it might work for a little bit.
