There is no such thing as a stupid question =]
Foundation is the liquid form of powder. Basically covers up imperfections on the face, but not a lot of shine/oil as powder does. |

^ Yep, & if you're not careful it can look cakey & clumpy.
Make sure it's the right color or you'll look too orange, plae, dark, etc. Also, blend between your face & neck, it's funny when people don't because they look like they painted on their faces.

^oh yes, you are totally correct on that.
and also, when testing foundation, take a little and blend on the inside of your wrist or your jawline. |

^Well, all that basically covered it. You should also check (if your buying fondation) to see if the store has a return policy for foundation, just incase you buy the wrong color.
