my friends mom said that i should go on birthcontrol to regluate my pd cuz im gettin it twice in a month at the start then at the end of every month. If i go to the doctors what will they do or ask? Will they just give me the pills if I tell them that im having my pd twice each month or what will they do cuz I don't want them going up my coochie. Can someone help tell me what htey will do

you tell your own mom that you want to regulate your period. she'll set up an appointment with a doctor and the doctor will probably ask a whole bunch of questions and give you lots of information about the birth control.

i'm not sure if they give it to you right away, give you a prescription, or let you think about it and come back.

i doubt that they'll examine your vagina...i don't think that they would need to

my mom when she comes home saturday im gonna tell her what my best friends mom said n then get her to call the doctors n go n tell them i want to regulate my pd. what kinda questions do they ask. I don't want them to examine my coochie one cuz i freak out when i go to the docotrs i hate it so if they would n i say im on my pd would they not examine me

Heh. Just looking at your vagina wouldn't tell them anything, but it's going to have to happen eventually anyways, considering the need every woman has for a gynecologist. So even though they will most likely not want to look there, try not to worry about it, you'll get used to it eventually.

ask the doctor about the side effects of birth control, how long you'll have to take it, or if there's something else you can do to regulate your period.

just ask him/her about anything that you're unsure about.
