back to school, whatchu wearing? Options

i hope no one started a topic on this somewhere else. i searched here and the closest i found was the back to school shopping thread.

okay. school is starting soon (and some i think already started?) and first day impressions are pretty important. or you just want to show off how much money you made with your summer job. what are you planning to wear on your first day back? besides from a gloomy face

if the weather permits, i want to wear this really cute blazer i got from aero and jeans. simple and classic.

I always choose the wrong thing to wear on the first day of school!
Sucks. And the thing is that in middle school, PICTURES would be on the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! That's crazy. I guess it's to get it over with, but I always look really bad on the first day of school.

But this year I'm thinking of changing what I wear and stuff for high school. So jeans and a polo, maybe. And if it gets chilly or something I'll just wear a blouse or a longsleeved shirt.

you can choose what colors to wear for your uniform!? in my old school, it was just a shortsleeved white blouse, plaid tie, plaid skirt, leather shoes...

dayum. i would have fun with that kind of uniform (being able to change colors).

Well, it's more of a "dress code" than a uniform. We HAVE to wear a polo. And it must be red, blue, white, purple, or yellow. (The last 2 are school colors). If you opt out you can wear any color polo, with stripes or different logos, etc. But no matter what you have to wear khaki or black pants/skirt.

I have decided to wear my new green pencil skirt by Betsey Johnson, a black polo colared shirt (we have to follow our school's dress code which requires us to wear colared shirts), and maybe a black jacket on top (not sure about it) and my new black dress shoes by Mossimo and a long necklance to top it off.

i wish i was still at my old school. we wore our uniforms... qipao. or cheung sam in english i think.
now that i've switched schools, i still haven't made up my mind yet. possibly a white roxy tank with jeans and flip flops. simple. i don't want anything too complicated.

I've kinda decide more of what I'm gonna wear now...cause schools in four days (OMG) so I figured I didn't want to leave it till the last moment.

I'm gonna wear either my black/grey Flamingo t-shirt from Off The Wall, or my red Just Bee Yourself t-shirt from AE with my blue sweater from ae on top. And I'm gonna wear my dark brown pants I just bought from Jacob conextion.

I was thinking of wearing my choir hoodie but then decided I wanted to be a bit less casual and go with the sweater, I'll probably wear my hoodie the second day.

...I'm so nervous

(If it's a really hot day I'll wear my boardshorts with a t-shirt, but I doubt it'll be that warm, it's freeeezing today *shiver*)

Erm. We have a uniform policy [next year, we don't, thank goodness], and I just get my clothing from Anchor Blue or Old Navy. Anywhere that has light khaki pants, green/black/white collared shirts, and the likes.
