everytime i open up apicture on adobe it always seems to have a lock on it.. like i cna;t do anything with it .. i dun think its the picture ... because it never use to happen before... screen shot of lock
not sure if i explained it very well ... |

actually where you see the lock just double click.
and it will let your rename the layer . name it w/e and the lock will go away. |

If you do that, make sure you save as a new file or save for web otherwise you'll lose the original image.

  wait before u close this... can i ask one more question? um.. where is the line tool in adobe and how u "scale and scew"? |

right click the sqaure under the text tool, scroll down and it should say line tool
