I will be getting my first paycheck next week. I was thinking of getting a new phone. Im not sure exactly how to spend it. What did you do with your first pay check, if you job?? Does anyone have any suggestions on what to buy??

my parents made me put a little more than half in the bank...i spent the other half on nothing and have already started taking out of what i have in the bank. i want a new cell phone too.

Don't spend you're money just too spend it. If you are going to buy something buy it because you really want it. If I were you I would just save it and then when the next pay check rolls around you will have more and than you can get something even better.

I'd say save half or so of it and then spend the rest on whatever. At least you won't feel bad about spending the money because you'll know that you have some in the bank in case you want/need something else sooner before your next paycheck. :)

You should spend $100 or so and save the rest but if it was me I would save all of it and spend it on something that im really really want and not just want to buy it for the sake of buying it
