photoshop problem

i lost weight with Mulder!

i just installed photoshop cs and imageready cs, and imagereadys working, but when i try to open up photoshop, it says: memory cannot be allocated for the activation process.

can someone help me?

It would seem you may be out of memory.

I think that photoshop uses more memory than imageready.

On my laptop, when I open photoshop, it lags a lot because laptops usually have less memory than PCs.

So when you use photoshop, try to avoid opening too many windows and close unnecessary programs.

Yes, too many windows open with photoshop open too will definately crash your computer.

i closed everything. i found out that when my mom got the computer, she didnt put that much memory on it. my 98 has more memory than hers. so i have to wait 6 months for her to get a guy in to add more memory. dammit. thanks anyway. i guess this can be closed now.

I'm sorry cry.gif . It always sucks when the comps need more memory.
