i think it's better to wait, so the bond between you and your future spouse is more special.

well, to me, it's good to be married first, so you know the daddy will be there since you two are together, instead of being a couple, and then he leaves you, since he found out your were pregnant

I think if the decision it arrived at in a mature, responsible manner, then it's fine. I'm not into "random hookups" or sleeping around, but I think it's okay to sleep with someone before you are married (as long as they're not either wink.gif ).

Exactly. Who cares about sex? It's your choice if you want to have sex before or after marriage, but you just have to be wise about who you're doing it with...

I don't think it's wrong to have sex before marriage, but you shouldn't do it just for the heck of doing it before marriage. I say once you have found a really good guy/girl, and you and they are ready, you should go for it, but take your time!

Is that to say you should use a different contraceptive after marriage, or...none at all?

For me, I do think it is ok to have sex before marriage as long as you know what you are getting yourself into.

I think it's all up to the individual person. I had sex, I'm not married, and I'm totally happy with it. If you want to save it then fine =) I know my relationship with my boyfriend changed dramatically. I do think sex can change a relationship. I would prefer to have protected sex with the guy before becoming married but again, that's just me.

Well I mean if you really love the guy.. And you feel the time is right [and it's BEFORE marriage] then why not just go for it? But I don't know. How can you really tell if you're emotionally ready? Hmm..

it depends on the relationship. some people can confuse love and sex as one thing and the sole reason for the whole " no sex before marriage" idea is to make sure you love that person for the right reason not for the bedroom activity. even religously this is what it comes down to.

SO if you truly love that person and you don't feel the need to strip off their clothes once you have private time...that's when you're ready.

_unsure.gif I believe spiritually it comes down to whether you are doin it for the right reason. If you are in a relationship and the time you see the person you think about sex then no. if you have been in a relationship for a good while and you jus love the person for who they are and not just how they look then yea. Since most of us don't want to die as a virgin we will rip it at anytime. It's ok as long as you know the person and know wat u gettin into. I think. ermm.gif

I don't think it's very wrong...if you wwait that's fine too.

I think it's wrong ot have sex before you've known your bf for a LONG TIME though. like a year or more, than I guess it's okay. I donno, I'm not sure.

Anubis has thought of this too much.

This should belong in the debate forum.

I, think, I'm going to wait until marriage. I'm really not sure. I can't predict the future.

i think it really depends on what you believe...
i guess if you're a devout christian fornication's out..
but i think most people these days don't really bother to wait anymore..
if you think it's right then you should.. i guess it really depends on your situation..
