The cB chat is a gathering place for cB members to chat and mingle. However, there are certain people who come into the chat asking for help with their xanga/myspace/whatever the fcuk. I'm going to say this very nicely and only say it one time...
THE CB CHAT IS NOT A WEB HELP CHAT. KTHX. That's all I wanted to say. |

Oh, I agree. I've been in the chat for about a year, and multiple idiots go into the chat every day asking for help on their layouts and shit. Honestly, look at the name of the chatroom: "createBlog Chat." Do you see 'helpline' anywhere in that? No, I didn't think so.
SO. If you need help, browse the resource center. If you don't find what you need, make a thread in the help sections. And then you wait. Don't come into chat bitching about how nobody's responding to your topic. Just because we're in the chat doesn't mean we know how to help you. And calling us rude isn't going to make us suddenly know how the fuck to do whatever it is you need help on. >:[ I need ownership again. :[ |

I couldn't agree with you more Radhika. I can't stand any of the noobs that come in, and then when you don't help them they call you "mean" or whatever. It pisses me off, because were not mean. It's just that if they opened their eyes and actually read some of the things in the threads and such, they would know how to do these things.

Unless you're a f**king idiot, you'll notice that the "Search" button is next to the "Live Chat" button. Try using that more often and spare those of us in the chat.

 But yeah, they are annoying. They end up IMing one of the people in the chat and that pisses me off because when I help them, they don't do shit. I help this one guy and he asked the usual of "How to make a layout". I don't know why they can't use their goddamn mind. So, I told himm where, but I told him where "How to make a skin" was. My fault. So, he said, "Thanks for no help". I was like, what the fck? I fcking wasted my time trying to help this kid and now he's like that.. I swear. It gets annoying when some of my friends ask for help as well. |

When new members get on Cb and see that it is a site dedicated to xanga, myspace, livejournal..ect..and they see the help sections, they immediatlely know this is the place to ask their questions on CB. So when they wander into Chat for the first or second time, sometimes they think it's okay to ask those questions. Mistaking the chat as more of a place to chat and exchange Answers and Questions no their websites. Completely normal. Tho yes, the chat is the place to Chat, and not to help, and i agree they need to ask their questions in the help forums, but don't be too hard on people that just come here. They dunno any better about the chat room.
