I've noticed that people who did vectors/vexels usually posterize the picture they use before doing anything. I was wondering, how you posterize pics in illustrator (photoshop expired and having trouble getting psp9)?

thanks for moving it. Was a little confused about where it should go. Anyway, do I have to get psp or photoshop to posterize the image for vexelling in illustrator? Cuz that's what ppl have been doing. I just wondering if there was a way to posterize in illustrator.
