my plan for my livejournal is to put a graphic on the top of the page and a navigation bar under it, like SO. my livejournal looks like THIS now. how do i go about putting a graphic on top of the navigation bar that is already there? also, how do i put more contents under the 'profile archives friends' links? please help! thank you <3
