Normally it is an embedded video radio station, kinda like in Winamp there are live video radio. You can create a shoutcast video station on Winamp (search it) or figure out how to make one on Windows Media Player and embed it into the HTML.

Har Har, I'll speak normal. You can create a video online radio station. Once you do that you can do something like <embed src="URL OF THE STATION">

uh huh. Very helpful.
 I'll do a bit more searching I guess. Anyone have anymore tips/help.. step by step instructions with BIG pictures?

shoot your pic, then upload with same name to replace the old one it's fake though |
