*sighs...


Couple months ago, my girlfriend did somethign horrible to me. now, I'm single...

I been trying to keep busy (Which I have) talked to friends, hang out, meet new people, etc...

But, my gosh, it just feels unbareable now. I can't take it ne more...

i feel so lonely, and like a person on the outside looking in, like no one can relate, and every one just says "Aww, yup, yeah, yup..."


I just wanted to vent... I need a female to talk to... sad.gif

You can ventto me. =D. I like listening to people problems and trying my best to help out.

When my first ex broke up with me I felt the same way. I did my best to keep busy and not think about it, but whenever I was just alone I would feel horrible. I guess over time you'll feel better.

there's not much you can do. it's a good thing you are actually trying to get over it though and keeping busy and such though. just give it time.

Instead of being upset, revel in your singleness and independence--you can do whatever you want and have to answer to no one!

Also, you shouldn't rely on someone else to make you happy; you have to be happy with yourself first before you can really have a good relationship with someone else.

and i KNOW how you feel. my friends say im in love w/ my ex and i honestly dont know all i know is i still want him back. you can vent to me about whatever you need. but do just give it time and try to talk to other girls.

I know how you feel. When my first boyfriend broke up with me, I was devastated. I was fine the first couple of days, because I was convinced that he'd come back to me, but after a week, I realized that nothing was gonna bring him back. Then I sank into a kinda of depression thing. I was lonely whenever I was alone, I felt sad and very very lonely.

What I did to pass that phase was...well...it's gonna sound stupid, but I just let time take over. After a couple of months, I didn't have that lonely feeling anymore. Sometimes, you just have to let things sit. Continue on keeping yourself busy and try not to think about her. Make a conscious effort to stop thinking about her.

Don't get caught up in feeling that way.. Like Kiera said you don't need a girl to be happy, same goes for the girls. Some people seem to be so dependent on their "lover" that they feel they always need one. Just take it easy and someone will come around.

Dude... I feel the same exact way, and I don't think you should vent to anyone else who feels the same way, because they have no way of making you feel beter, and you both end up more lonely and more sad... Go out there and get a girl man, I bet you could...

That's true. But it's not really fair to that new girl if you still like your ex. It'll end up backfiring on you.

And yet again, I concur.

Before you get into another relationship, STOP BEING SO CODEPENDENT! I went through a phase similar to this, where I just felt unwanted - but I realized, I have to live for myself, not someone else. It's my life. Soo yeah.

The only reason you think being single is so horrible is because you choose to. Cheer up and get your mind on other things that make you happy; you'll be fine.

Right. You shouldn't always depend on a "significant other" for happiness. I've been single for 2 years and yea it sucks ass but, at least i'm not getting hurt or something like that.

I know how you feel, just something empty that no matter what you do, it's still there. You just have to get over it with time, that's what I did.
