yeah, i heard it was bad to wash it everyday so i do it like twice a week, it's not that bad because my hair doesn't get gross like other people's

I've heard the same as well. Your hair is actually easier to style when it's a bit oily. I still wash mine everyday and on the weekends I condition it very well. My hair gets oily fairly quickly so that's why I wash it every day.

I wash my hair every other day, but I shower every day. You can get dandruff from shampooing/conditioning it too much..and plus it's a lot easier to blowdry it every other day than every day.

Uhh.. I dunno. Like 5 days..? It was really gross. I shower every other day though. Sometimes I just get REALLY lazy or when I'm on my period I just completely lose interest in hygiene at all.

I wash my hair everyday. I cannot stand it when i don't wash my hair. Because, it'll feel weird to me. But the longest 3 days, b/c i got my hair permanently straightened..so yea. haha But you get pimples on your forehead..if you don't wash your hair regularly.. just to tell you!

Of course I wash my hair. I do about every other day unless I'm sick or lazy as hell or I'll wash it more than that if I have to re-style it.
And yes, it is bad for you to wash your hair everyday. It dries it out. |

I usually wash my hair everyday.
Your hair will dry out if you're using cheap shampoo or the wrong kind. But the longest i've gone without would have to be one week... i got lazy. fallen fairy |

I sometimes skip 2 days or a day. But you cant shampoo everyday since you can lose hair. So when you shower, every once a week, you should shower but not use the shampoo...yeah.

If I'm lazy and don't wash my hair I'll just put it up... my hair naturally has that greasy look. I shower everyday, just don't wash my hair everyday. I'm gonna have to start washing it every day because I'm getting my hair cut a certain way.

My friend washes her hair every 2-3 days. It gets very oily, greasy, and not in the "It's healthy" way. It also gets very dandruffy and the flakes are really really big.
But, you know, whatever floats your boat...I wash it with water everyday and I wash it completely with shampoo and conditioner every week or so. |

I wahs my hair every 3 days. or rather that's when I shoudl wash my hair, sometimes I wash sooner, sometimes later, but three days is best. it dons't get too oily after three days but I get to enjoy one day in the middle where it's jsut perfect. not wet, not greasy.  EDIT just to tell all you ppl who after 3 days your hair gets really greasy my hair is NOT like that, otherwis eI would have a shower more often obviusly. my hair is extremely dry, light (as in the opposite of heavy) and frzy ish. so it takes a while to get greasy. I can go 4-5 dasy without washing and it's BARIBLE. but once again, three days is best. |

When I was little until like 11 or 12, I washed once a week. Disgusting, I know. Then I noticed how dirty and yucky and greasy my hair got and I just had to shower more then that. I started to shower everyday from then on and I didn't keep up with that since I was on the computer and it's always like 12 or 1, so I didn't wanna wake anyone up showering that late. I don't shower for atleast 2 or 1 day a week. I couldn't believe I did that too.

Honestly i think it depends on where you live .. i live in hawaii and its hot (most the time) .. so i usually wash my hair almost everyday .. but ya i hear its not good too wash your hair too much because the oil in your hair or wateva

The longest was a week- because after that my hair felt really nasty and I couldn't stand it anymore.
My hair doesn't get that oily.. I think I can last about 4 days without washing my hair and without it being all oily and gross. |

uhh when i was a wee younging i hated taking showers cause then you'd havta go through all the phases shampoo conditioner soap then drying yourself then your hair then blow drying took forever! but now its natural i do it every day in the morning its what makes me wake up feeling fresh. but yeah i heard washin it everyday is hecka bad. but i cant help it its natural/.//maybe i should start washing my hair every other day but still wsh my body every day hmmm good PLAN! :D

right now, two days. my dad's mad at me because he hugged me when i woke up today. o_O; and well, he noticed my hair and was like to my mom, "your daughter's hair is DIRTY!" and he started scolding me and going, "go wash your hair!" o_o; so yeah >_>; i felt insulted but at least my dad cares right? o_O; ill go wash my hair..soon. >_> xD

probably around 3 days? it got so oily and i got so irritated i had to wash it despite what doctors say about washing away your natural oils whatsoever. My scalp feels gross too when i dont wash it everyday... so, i'll stick with washing it everyday...
