well, I bought adobe photoshop a while ago, and i have the cd and all, but i was stupidd and i threw the cd case out, and when i tried installing it, it wouldn't work without a serial number
 i typed in random numbers.. and it gave me a 30 day trial; any suggestions on what i could do :( {ahh.. this isnt supposed to go in here is it...} |

did you try looking for the cd case? the best thing to do is i guess maybe call them ? or something i dont know. A serial is needed or maybe ask someone else if you can use the serial they have.

That has happend to my friend before, and they called Adobe and they didnt give them a new serial number, they had to buy it again.

i think the best thing is to ask someone for there serial if you know anyone that has the same version.

You should probably call Adobe and see if there's any way to prove that you bought it. They won't give you a replacement number without any proof that the software was paid for. Anything else you do is illegal, and discussing that here is against cb's TOS, so you can't get help from anyone there. =\

As some have suggested, try looking for the booklet which contains your Adobe serial number.. Or try finding the proof of your purchase (receipt, label, something)..
Personally, I don't see why you even threw away the case in the first place. As far as any other way to obtain it, as Libertie mentioned, it's against CB TOS to discuss. Good luck. |

... who the hell throws away a cd box with a serial number on it? especially for a 700.00 program. mines is like in my drawer and i wrote my serial number on a piece of paper. serriously. i would say tough toenails. you threw it away, and adobe probably wont help you because you bought it from China (probably bootleged).
