Isn't that a bit contradictory? If you kill every heartless person out there to establish peace, that would make you just as heartless. Plus, you wouldn't be making peace either. What about the family and friends of the people you killed? They would be heartbroken, and with so many heartless people out there, there would be at least three times as many heartbroken people. So, in the end, there will never be world peace, nor will the world ever be void of heartless people.
