i really want to go swimming
but i still have an irregular cycle, since I got my period ALMOST 2 years ago. in august it'll be 2 years.
i'm really worried. what if it starts when im putting my bathing suit on? ermm.gif
should i swim tomorrow? (it usually comes later in the month.)
AHH! cry.gif
EDIT: well what do you know...i got it. during the NIGHT blink.gif that's never happened! AND i didnt get any cramps like i usually do. how weird. well i guess i'll try using a tampon.. ermm.gif wish me luck!

Yeah.. like they said... Tampons...
But if your not comfortable with tampons, then just don't swim. Sit on the side and dip your feet in?

Yeah, don't worry - swimming is a pretty valid reason for using 'em. tongue.gif

you're not supposed to put in a tampon when you don't have your period! if you're not bleeding, NEVER put in a tampon. you'll know when yotu get it, so just hop out of the pool if u feel a leak.

Since your on your period just try using a tampon... I used them once cause I had to and I found out I love them so know they are all I use except when I sleep.

Whoever said it wasnt healthy for you is wrong. You can get tss from them but its rare and usually its if you leave one in too long. Its not unhealthy though.
