i have been trying to figure out how to do this but idk how. how do you add a border all the way around an image? i tried stroke and i didn't see any difference. thanks

Stroke works. Did you make sure that you set it to "Inside" as the position?

Yea you gotta make sure you change the "outside" to "inside".
