i haven't really experienced that..however, i've had people charging me MORE than what the item would really cost thinking i have more money than i do.

my sister was carrying a fake louis vuitton purse (nicely-made however, so it looked real) when she, my aunt, and i walked into a boutique on melrose avenue in LA. they had a shirt that said "jesus is my sugar daddy" and i wanted it cause i thought it was funny (don't reply to this telling me it's disrespectful or something please). i asked how much it was and the saleslady came up and looked at the guy at the counter and was like "how much is this..for her?" and the guy was like "35." 35 bucks for a little t-shirt?! i just looked at the guy and walked out..

i thought that was just..wrong. even if i DID have more money than the average customer, i shouldn't have to pay more for a shirt than others.

In Belgium, only white ppl can enter the national church, sure black/other races can enter but they'll be looked at wierdly. The only race that isn't allowed in the church is the arabic race. Not because most of them are muslims but because they are arabs. Arabs are considered "terrorists"....

The Japanese movie market is smaller than the American market, it's common sense. It seems that in my opinion the reason as to why Jackie Chan and Jet Li star in a ton of American movies is because of the question, who wouldn't want to be in Hollywood? Why are they successful? The American film companies know that their popularity at home allows them to break into the Asian Market, thus they get a good healthy profit from it. They know they will be successful, afterall they are Jackie Chan and Jet Li, they only do martial art movies and that is what they do best, people are bound to watch them, they are assumingly the most successful in China and Hong Kong and other parts of Asia. The Americans already started selling their films a long time ago, the Americans seem to have realised that their power through attractting the Asian market and other fellow American viewers through Martial Art films was eccentric, this is because of Bruce Lee. If it weren't for Bruce Lee, the Americans may not have developed hugely successful action films such as the Matrix, it may not have even existed. This points me to how such a difference in popularity and a unique selling point can help make a difference as to why there are not many white people in Japanese movies. The Japanese are extremely successful business people, some of the world's most important business theories originates from the Japanese. In my opinion, the Japanese would like to have more white people in their movies, however, these people must have the potential to attract the Japanese Audience,For example, if Tom Cruise was to act in a Japanese film, and the film being released in Japan first, it would surely have a significant impact, who hasn't heard of Tom Curise? If the Japanese was to release a film with some new white guy that no one has heard about, the film may become a total disaster, however if that person had the potential to add something special into the film, then it isn't really a problem, in fact I'm pretty sure, that the Japanese people will be pushing this person into more Japanese based films. people remake movies...and of course it earned more here, people are more into the media here than japan. if the original was released here even with subtitles, i'm sure it wouldn't have been much different. look at crouching tiger, hidden dragon. that even won american awards.

it just pisses me off when people are all like "ohh wahh wahh white people dominate everything" when really..look at the media..look at the music industry..look at television..there's countless channels directed specifically at a certain race..but have you seen a white channel? and don't tell me the other channels are mostly white people, because we all know that's not true. other channels are more or less equal within different races. look at mtv for example.

i go to a mainly black school where white people make up like...10% and i dont really feel any tension at all...even though i am the minority in that situation it's still cool...

also...the whole hating white people because the slavery thing is kind of silly....not only white people had slaves..plenty of other races did too...and in some instances...white people were slaves....i know that a lot of white people did but we dont really learn about the other people who had them....plus who do you think sold the slaves to the americans?....i just dont think it's fair to hate a whole race just because of the past because obviously almost all of us hate slavery now and would never even think of 'owning' slaves.....just like...just because your great great great great grandfather killed a man doesnt mean that you will too or that you approve of it..

i think its because white people used to be the majority and because majority rules are are usually the racist ones.. they were known as the people who used to be racist; but now its like everyone else {the asians, black people, etc} as the majority, and doing the same..
