Can anyone make a layout like this?, layouts..

I do not know how to make layouts and i would really like some layouts to be made .. i only have 2


i was wondering if u could kinda make a layout like this http://www.createblog.com/skins/preview.php?id=1561
REQUEST FORM-
background url or background color- CC00FF
font face&color- arial ; bold ; 00000
reverse profile? no
anything extra? can the pics be in color but when u go by them with the cursor they turn black and white with a blur?
- also on the picture i put on there .. when u scroll it gets lighter and lighter until its white so i was wondering if u could make so that when u scroll it doesnt do that and the background just stays the same when everything else is moving..

just kinda anything that would make that cute..

alright. well the top one I can't do from the computer I'm at now. I'll have to go home and use some photoshop. But the bottom one is done.

it didint work.. maybe theres something wrong with my profile
... like the tabels and stuff work just the polka dots arent showing up.. its grey..

Okay, Swear to god this time, last time. It should work fine now. There were al these little mistakes that I'd keep missing.


And a question about the first one. Do you want the background faded at all or just all the polka dots one solid color?

i want the polka dots to fade... i want it exactly how it is except when u scroll down all the polka dots fade and the backgrounds just white and i want it to be able to scroll down and the background now move.. hope that answers ur question? lol

ok i feel really bad asking this because u did alot but do u think instead of the pink background and purple polka dots can the background be white and not pink! srrry! but it works! thank u sooooo much!

when i changed it the color purples i have dont match with the other purple so do u think u could just make the white background and purple dots and just give me the url code and ill add it in! ?
