does anyone know how i can get rid of a tanthat i got from a trip to the beach. my friend said i should turn off all the lights and turn the a.c. on its coldest,take a shower in cold water...and drink lots of coldwater...nowi think she is silly. so please can somebody give advise to me because i hate this tan....its so so dark!

umm, tans dont go away if u got it from being outside? right? just dont go outside for awhile, it will fade away

Ummm...I don't think turning off all the lights work. That just might get you super depressed. Just avoid the sun for a while.

just wear sunblock when you get outside...and turning on the ac and turning off teh lights does not help..
tans fade away by theirselves |
