i was reading this site [Don't Ask I was Bored]

The Site

It says

QUOTE
Withdrawal (or “pulling out”) is typically used as birth control measure. It is when a guy pulls his penis out of his partner’s vagina before he ejaculates, or cums, so that no semen enters her body.

so does that mean if he puts it in 1 time and take it out right away you can't get pregnant? And the way to get pregnant is my cum??? or what???

eh srry i'm just a very curious person and i found this interesting...

yes, if a guy takes his penis out of the vagina before he cums there is a low chance the person will become pregnant, but of course there are still the risks of STD's and such..and that's not really an effective way of birth control. a condom is the way to go!

well your sperm is what makes the girl pregnant..therefore, if your sperm doesn't enter her, then there's no way for you to make her pregnant.

Exactly. Also I dont recommend using this method as a birth control device. Using a condom is always best.

even though one withdrawls, they are still slowly having semen enter during the intercourse so as others said, use a condom :]

I still think that there may be a chance that semen will still enter.

Pre-cum has sperm cells as well, so there's still a chance you can still get pregnant.

Well as mentioned before there is always pre cum (which is uncontrollable) that can make you pregnant and depending how much precum there is, the chances of pregnancy vary. However there is more of a chance for a girl to get pregnant from precum if she has not had sex previously.

just use a condom!! lol but yea him "cumming" in you is what makes you get pregnant. and you can't get pregnant is his sperm doesn't get in your body but seriously i wouldn't risk it.

*Sigh*

Just pulling out is not good enough. Trace amounts of semen leave the penis during intercourse which can impregnate someone, they are simply less likely to do so than the semen produced from ejaculation.

Use a condom, or don't have sex.

Withdrawl is 72-78% effective, or something around that. That's pretty damn good if you asked me.

i think it depends on the guy. if he has good confidence in controlling his body and pulling out before hitting orgasm then its probably an effective way to birth control.
no cum in vagina, no baby. simple.
there are still lots of variables to concider so I still say condoms are probably safer.

Hey, take it easy! All she asked was about withdrawal. If she can't get information here without judgment, that's one less 'safe' place she can go to get informed. Sure, plug the condoms, but she didn't say she was considering using the withdrawal method, she's just curious!

One OTHER thing to consider, sperm can live in the vagina for up to approximately two weeks. So, if you ovulate (your egg descends into your fallopian tubes or uterus) within two weeks of having sex using this method, then any sperm that made it in, whether it was in the man's natural pre-intercourse lubricant (pre-cum) or actual semen (sex is not exactly clinical most of the time) has a chance of fertilizing your egg.

If you do not have access to chemical birth control or permanent sterilization (which really should only be used with a permanent, monogamous partner) then yes, you should always use a condom.

But, never be shy to ask questions, it's good you do.

Hahahahahahhahahaha! That's so sad...yet true!

A lot of teens get pregnant that way...precum basically has the same chances of getting a girl pregnant as him cumming inside you. Even if you take the pill and the cycle is right...you can still get the girl pregnant. The pill is 99% effective if it works right. But it doesn't always work right...

Boys and girls....WRAP IT!

there is such thing as pre-cum. it's his cum that gets you pregnant so it's safer if you wear a condom or take birthcontrol. even b4 he pulls out to fully ejaculate, there is pre-cum and it can get you pregnant.

no she still has a chance of gettin pregnant because of pre-ejactulation which still contains sperm.

the funny thing about that is it's more likely to get pregnant from the pre-cum so the pulling-out method doesn't work like more than half of the time.
