my g/f is always depressed... just about everyother day or so she will always be in a depressed mood. not only that but her stomach will hurt too and it will make her tired.. she has been to the doctor about her stomach problem but they havnt been able to do anything.. and she gets upset at me when i dont know what to do about her derpression... it would be one thing if she wasnt always depressed, but she is and i get a little tired of her getting mad at me about it all the time...

what should i do or say to her?

Your gf is just a bit.. dependent on you, i guess. ermm.gif Are you sure there's nothing bothering her besides her stomach problem??

Next time when she gets moody, either distract her with something positive or wait for her to cool down. It's never a good idea to upset a girl any further when she's in depression.. _unsure.gif

Surprise her. Take her out on a shopping trip, watch a movie...just something fun! Fun will distract her. And you'll get some brownie points for that I guess. ;-)

try asking her why she's depressed. If she doesn't want to answer, don't push it, but you know, asking doesn't help.

Maybe wait for a non-depressed day, though. >.>

sounds like a bad case of PMS...but just spend time with her and be forgiving..whatever she is going through will probably be over soon.

i agree with the people who say it might just be bad PMS. pms is a weird thing for guys, poor y'all, but stay cool around her. girls on pms are just a ticking bomb, and one wrong thing can set her off.

i also agree with the take her out, show her she's special...good ideas...

heyy, just because girls are bitchy and moody doesn't mean its pms. my pms barely changes my mood. she sounds kind of like me, always depresed. my babe just comforts me and talks to me. i have had alot of bs happen in my life and its never ending. i think it has to do with her life. just comfort her, let her know she's special and you care.

oh, and its also been known when you're unhappy your body reacts to it. headaches, stomach problems, etc. my cousin has that problem and so does my babe.

I totally agree with you...
Just be there for her...Let her know that if she wants to talk about whats going on, you will listen to her..But don't push her..If she wants to say what is wrong, she will...

If this happens again the next time, then just ask her what's wrong....and just use consoling words. Or...do something for her...make her feel special for being your girlfriend. But give her time....like the others said, it could be a bad period....meh, just be there and try not to start arguments or anything like that. Just be there for her and make sure she knows that she's not alone.
