I can kinda understand you, its been along time i have read French i can speak it though, well kinda fluently. I understand that you want to know what software to use create, do you mean create graphics if you do, you could use Paint shop pro, theres a free trial on Download Paint shop pro, this isnt advertising is it?, you could use paint lol. Why do you hate being new lol, anyway i am Maylee btw
