What exercises dpyou do and how often do you do it?
I want to kno this bc i am goin to hs next yr and i want to build myself up a bit more

I just go for nice, long walks late at night.
Erm... Nothing too specific that I can think of... Sorry.
I love walking, so that's about all I do.

i do about 100 sit ups in a week. i usually do 15 a day.

i'm definetly a runner, even though most people would take one glace at me and say that i'm not telling the truth. but i just ran 2 miles a day, everyday, and lost a ton of weight.

and don't forget to have a balanced diet.

well I'm in football for my HS so i would say in the summer try to run 2 miles a day i mean dont start off so fast like 1 mile a day untill you dont get tired of running a mile then thats when you should extend your limits =] 80 push ups a day will help do you alot if you dont like weight lifting and situps are good too basically alot of home exrcises if you cant reach a gym =]

Recently:

Early morning walks (45 minutes-ish)
Afternoon walk (15-30 minutes)
Swim Occasionally (15-20 minutes)
50 Sit-Ups (Two rounds of ten every minute, then seven, five, then three)
50 Push-ups (Two rounds of ten every minute, then seven, five, then three)
Four minutes of 5-Pounder arm reps
Two minutes of 15-Pounder arm reps

if your trying to get bigger hit the weights and stick to exercises that use the most muscles.

I walk a lot..I walk from my house to the bus stop and then from another bus stop to school and the same thing when i go home from school..Usually it adds up to 40 minutes of walking...But I walk really fast...

Well I'm joining/ trying out for cross country next year, so I jog/run 1-2 miles on the weekends. Then I hit the gym and go crazy in the weightroom.

i play tennis.
during the school year, i used to play 3 - 5 hours a week.
but now it summer and i haven't played in a long time! pinch.gif

School tennis team, my mom made me quit badminton.
I swim for the city, every day of the week for three horus -.- (but this is only during the summer)
