jog half an hour everday
eat lot of vegies&stuff.

ugh...there is alot of topics on diets


just eat HEALTHY, work out 3x a day (100, crunches, 500 Jumpjacks)

well you need to watch how much you eat and what you eat. my dad lost 20 ibs in 2 months. and all he did was that. plue excersise of course...that's it really i guess. hope everything works out for you _smile.gif

if you're desperate enough and depending on how much you wanna lose you should probably excercise & eat healthy ^^

but if it's like a LOT. it's not healthy to lose that much in a span of one month so get liposuction tongue.gif

Well, for one thing never ever miss breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day, not only makes you more awake, but it gets your metabolism going, people gain wait from skipping it.
Drink water, eat healthily, excersize for a little while each day. Just stay active ^_^

I also have DDR, it's a fun way of losing weight.

happy.gif Bleh, here are my tips:

Eat a normal sized breakfast/dinner, & a light lunch. (not too light though!) Salads & veggies & such are definatly good for dieting, but you need to eat meat too! They have essential proteins that your body needs, that veggies can't give you! Cut down on junk food & sodas a bit. Oh, & never ever miss breakfast!

Hmm, for excersize-
Crunches & sit-ups are always good. Jumping jacks..even using those little 4 lb. weights work really well for the arms/stomach. Jogging/walking around your neighborhood every day does wonders too _smile.gif

I suggest exercise prolly 1-2 hours everyday..walk or jog around the park

I used to diet on only fruits , but I keep getting off that dam diet , but I excersise when I can.

Eat healthier
(not 100% though...u still need a bit of everything in ur foods even if its unhealthy...just like a LIL bit of it!!!!)

exercise/run/play sport.....

DON'T eat food before u go to sleep!!!! Coz ur body doesn't move, so doesn't burn off all that food u ate before u went to sleep and well....in long term......u gain.........

stop drinking coke. or anything w/ carbanation, no just drink water. and then you can get this really awesome water weight pills, that get rid of water weight, sooo yeah you just drink water, eat right, no meat. and get rid of water weight. and pilates is really good too

you should exercise do lots of cardio and never miss breakfast. when i was younger i missed breakfast all the time and i think thats one of the resons why i've gained weight and it sucks eek.gif
