I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this to a picture. I have Photoshop 7.0 and I've tried everything but I can't seem to make it look like this. Here's a sample of the way I want my picture to show up:
 I got this sample at someone's xanga skin and I would like to make one of myself w/ my own picture. I was just wondering if anyone could help me....!!! Thanks a bunch -topics merged. Please dont create multiple topics!- |

I can't tell if that's a vector or vexle, but if you go to the tutorials forum and look at the following tutorials, you will have an idea of how to make the image.

You mean how do you make the vexel/vector? There's no real easy way to do that, so try finding a tutorial for vexeling on photoshop...

I'm not sure, but I think it's a vector. The japanese words on there, I believe those are brushes, so you have to download brushes... Uhm, the part where it says Boa and the Kwon part, thats part of animation, so after you've done all the graphic stuff, go to Animation Shop and just animate it however you like.
