ps cs, freezes

i have the free trial ps cs..down to 7 days..but i keep trying to open it..and then after it scans for presets and brushes w/ the feather picture which is at the very beginning it freezes when it tries to open up the actual prgrm..never happened before....but image ready still works fine..
oh..and then when i cancel it it says its not responding..send error rprt (which i did)..blahblah ..what happened..?=\

Try reinstalling it, and see if that works.

my photoshop sometimes does that
when you open it let it load by itself . meaning dont minimize it or anything just let it load then once its open you can minimize it and open other programs.
try that. if that doesnt work then?

tried that....
and if i reinstall....would my psd stuff im working on be deleted..?? sad.gif

^ if you saved the .psd, it's on your hardrive and shouldn't be wiped.

I'm guessing it's your computer. Probably too slow or something.. For that type of stuff all you need is patience. And no, your files aren't deleted.

umm maybe u downloaded too much brushes or maybe have too much patterns loaded? iono i had like tons of graidents and brushes and patterns i just deleted my windows user account and made a new one... u could like download less? thats what happened to me...
