High School relationship... Options

I was just wondering if it's weird if you never had a bf/gf during high shool. So i was just wondering, and hoping that I'm not the only one, probably am, but eh, dont really care. So yeah, hope this hasnt posted nor have anyone post it.

im not in highschool yet, but im sure when i get through it, im not going to have one.
because my parents told me that i have to concentrate on my studies and crap.
i can have one when im in my second year of college. whooopee.

this is just MY OPINION..i personally think that high school or jr. high school relationships dont last long. it just ends up hurting one or more people (person) its kind of weird. in my opinion you date when you are ready for marriage or some kind of never ending commitment. do you think anyone can do that when they are in hell (high school)....just saying

im not in high school yet but i am next year -- i would have a bf in high school, but since its so hard like with the SAT's and all of that bullsh*t to study and write up, i wouldnt have time [probably]

it doesn't matter if you have one now or when your in college. as long as you find the right person, that's what's important. don't get bfs just so you can have one and have your heart broken over and over, it's not worth it.

i'm a junior in hs and i have a really amazing bf. i do believe in love at any age, and this could be it. it doesn't matter if its hs, grade school, or college. love is love no matter what age. you just gotta make sure that u give your heart to the right person. don't just get a bf just to have one. its stupid and pointless, and now i'm soo glad that i waited to find an amazing guy. and about "not having time for a bf ^^^", don't worry bout that, there's PLENTY of time to have a relationship. i kno ppl at my school who have had bfs for like 2-3 years. thats true love.

Not ALWAYS... but VERY high chances... because... there's just so much more for you to do and worry about in high school that forces us to not focus on the relationship as much as we should.

I didn't plan on having a bf in high school at all...but I had one and that was unexpected.

Don't worry if you haven't had one...sometimes I wish that I have never been in one. There's so much more fun in being single ^^

don't worry about it, there's no need to rush into one if you're not ready. the time will come to have a boyfriend.
and not ALL high school relationships fail...most are short-term, but not all. just thought i'd mention my input on that.

but high school relationships are pretty awesome.. ive been with my girfriend for 3 years.. freshmen, sophmore, and junior year. just when u get that special person.. just make sure everything is compatible.. and you both love and cherish one another

highschool relationships arent werid but the never do last as long you want them to , i told myself i would never get a bf because i wanna concentrate on school , but i end up having one .. now im goin out with a junior and im a freshman also summer is almost here.. it`s gonna be harder to keep the relationship steady.

personally, i dont think it matters at all.. because you haven't found the right one just for you. it's ok.. because useless relationships can hurt people. i'm not in high school yet, i'm in 7th grade and i had a lot a bullshit relationships that were useless.. so there was like no point of them lols. but good luck finding the right one :D

I'm a hs-ers. well I don't have a bf either... well think it this way, u have to wait for u're bf b4 n' after class and met him b4 and after school.. and in the wiken.. how boring is that..?? lol.. that was just my opinion... u can't really have all the freedom.

Like someone already said dun rush it. I'm a junior in H.S. and I didn't start dating H.S. til January of this year. Never thought I had the time to deal with it ya know? Now I've been in a relationship for somethign over two months. Dun worry you'll find yours soon. He/she is out there somewhere.

And good luck. Most of all if you find the right one.....dun push him away.

It's normal. I've never had a BF (unless my "bf" in 1st grade counts..:P) and I'm going into 10th grade. I don't really care though...there are things more important to me at the moment
