Im pretty sure by now many of you have heard about her secret affair with one of the American Idol contestants on season one. So what do you all think? Its her word against his.
I think his story is credible and if it holds true it could damage American Idol's reputation. |

Its got 30 more minutes left. It was that Corey guy from the first season who got kicked off of the show for an assault. |

i don't care about that whole scandal thing.
all i've got to say is: she sugarcoats everyone. everyone to her is like, "u were great!" only good thing about her being a judge is, if she says u did badly, u know that person reallllllly fcuked up. |

I watched the interview last night with Corey Clark. At first, I was very skeptical and just thought it was a stupid kid trying to make money. After watching it, I still think he's just a stupid kid trying to make money, but it's very possible that he could be telling the truth. With all those phone records, witnesses, and voicemail messages, what is Paula going to say?
I'm really sad to see this happen because I, myself, am a huge American Idol fan and I'd hate to see the show end or lose its momentum because of this. This Corey Clark is an a-hole. I don't buy his bullshit motives. He claims that he's only coming out with this because he wants to wipe his slate clean before he comes out with his CD. That's total bullsh*t. He just wants to circle some publicity around the release of his album and he wants the money. What a cheap shot. |

I watched last night too. I believe it's true I guess. It seems like it anyway. I was watching Regis and Kelly this morning because I don't have school today and they were talking about it. I agree with what Kelly said: If Paula gave him all these things (clothes, tips, hairstyle help, sex, etc) then why is he selling her out??
I don't like that guy. I don't think it's right that he goes out and tells the world after all the things she supposedly has done for him to help him win the show and stuff.

i think they really did have an affair. i didn't think so until after i saw the interview last night. i feel bad for paula. she seems really nice and she might lose her job over this whole thing.
but yeah seriously. that guy is a buttf*ck. he IS doing it just for the publicity. if he didn't do this, nobody would even give him or his CD a second thought and he'd end up being another justin guarini. he's trying to prolong his 5 minutes of fame and the sickening part about it is it's working. |

It's been all over the news these past days. The whole thing sounds pretty stupid, it's like who cares? But that Corey guy does seem like a huge a-hole. They were talking about how he would be all over other women and how he slept with some other contestant on American Idol when they were living in that house together. How degrading.

I heard about it. It's stupid. If that guy was kicked off, then this can surely be just his motive to get some green or payback or whatever. And I think she does sugar coat everything. Even for many performances that are not great, she'll say it's awesome. She does it to be nice, but she's taking it over the top. I hope nothing bad happens though because I like American Idol. It's a lot better than Canadian Idol anyway.
