Paint Shop Pro 9- Blends, How do you make them? |

I looked in that massive 502 paged book and couldn't find blends in it. I hear about people making blends all the time, but I have no idea how. Any ideas?

it should be the same as paint shop pro 7 and 8 cause i use psp9 before..
