Okay, so right now I have just the default Windows Media Player and I want to loop just one song, and I can't...or can I? If no one knows how, or it's not possible, then can someone tell me if Winamp has this capability? (Just to set one song on loop). Thanks =)

i'd venture a yes.

however; have you tried making that the only song in the 'now playing' and then putting it on repeat?

Yeah, but I already have my whole playlist and everything, so I just want to be able to turn the loop feature on and off easily for different songs. I was thinking about that too, though.

Windows Media Player lets you use the repeat function. I only know how to do it in version 10.

Is version 10 the latest? I think I have the latest one..

Okay, this is what the Help said:

Turn on or off shuffle and/or repeat. When shuffle is turned on, items in a playlist or tracks on a CD are played in a random order. When repeat is turned on, a playlist, CD, or a selected DVD title can be played repeatedly.

I suggest Winamp, its a great program, its not a resource hog as I founf windows media player to be, and its user friendly, and it has a lot of cool skins... I've been using Winamp for like3 years now and I've never looked back.

no you can't have only ONE song out of an entire playlist play on repeat, but if you sacrificed your pre-loaded playlist and only put one song in...the repeat can be enabled. the thing is you'd hafta go and put all your songs BACK into WMP after your done.

if you have winamp's latest version..
get the default font..
and click the repeat button. it should say
repeat: all
repeat: track
repeat: off

keep it on track when it comes to it.
