okay i want to make a custom tag (psd) to put on the corner of all my images ...
 and im feelin stupid cause i did this like 10 times before and i forgot... thanks |

i believe that's photoshop.
click on the layer. press ctrl + e. repeat that. |

yeah it is photoshop 7.0

you might have to keep pressing ctrl + e, starting from the most bottom-est layer. sometimes at first, it doesn't work for me, but after I press it a couple of times, it does.
