Yeah, those look like brushes, although I'm not sure where she got them from. You can do that on PSP if you find the brushes and download them, but make sure you are downloading PSP brushes. Look in the Big Book of Resources for some PSP brush sites.

They might not have those exact brushes for PSP then, but I think you can change the file name to make them PSP brushes..hmm.

yea click my brushes.. cause if you click on the photoshop brushes obviously those are for photoshop.
