0_0.......

ok, so friend 1 (a girl), who is friends with friend 2 (a guy) (and also friends with me) told me that f2 likes me. i was honestly stunned. REALLY stunned. but... he's just my friend! so she asked me also if i would go out with him. after a while (of intense stressfulness nerve wracking-ness) i said i'd think about it, when i wanted to say no. *sigh* and so later, in english, he seemed to be avoiding me... _unsure.gif of course it's understandable though...

i mean i dont want to have a boyfriend just for the sake of having one right?? and wouldnt saying yes, when i dont like him, hurt him worse later on, when i tell him the truth? i feel like if i'd say yes to any guy, i'd have to like him right off. it would just have to seem right, and i'd want to say yes without even thinking. and i havent liked him anymore then a friend so... i wouldnt want to possibly 'grow' to like him you know?

..... then why do i still feel miserable about the whole thing? cry.gif

i've decided to tell him myself later on... ermm.gif

I know exactly how you feel. You don't like him like that, you don't want to hurt his feelings, and you don't want to go thorugh the awkward stage.

Actually same thing happened with me a few days ago..(still currently in awkward stage)

But it's really best for YOU to be the one to tell him you like him more as a friend..because it hurts more comming from someone besides you. Well maybe not, but he'll be questioning the truth if it doesn't come directly from the source...yeah it sucks, but eventually it will get better again. Because you shouldn't go out with someone you don't like from the beginning.

SNAP OUT OF IT. DONT FEEL HORRIBLE FOR SAYING NO TO ONE GUY.
After all, there are many other girls for him, and many other guys for you.

it's totally understandable that you feel bad for rejecting a guy. but if you don't like him, yes you should say no. better to hurt him now than lead him on and hurt him even worst later

That happened to me before...
I think the reason you are feeling miserable is because you think you hurt your friend's feelings.
I think you did the right thing by telling him you didn't like him..If you didn't tell him before there was a relationship, it would just hurt him more when he finds out you didn't like him..

it's ok. it's not like your breaking his heart exactly. he'll be fine just a lil let down. but still make things like they were bfore he said n e thing to u. he has to know that it was at least good that he let u know how u feel. but u shouldn't feel bad about telling him u dont like him back cuz u cant make yourself feel something. doesn't work that way.

i know your feeling. u feel bad for refusing a guy.
but b4 u talk to him , u have to make sure if he likes u. coz u heard that he likes u from your fd, not from his mouth... unless the truth is he told to your fd.
otherwise, u will be very embarrassed if it's not true.^^
