Not to put a damper on the celebrations of the Roman Catholic Church's new pope but...today marks the 10 year anniversary of the bombing of the Oklahoma City Federal Building. Still can't believe it's been a decade now...I still remember watching the breaking news back in 95 in the employee lounge while I went with my mom to our local hospital...

We will never forget...

The second picture is spectacular. The sorrow that's drawn out of me...it takes me breath away.

I remember when that all happened. I didn't understand the gravity of it all at the time. Now I do, and even though I didn't know anyone involved in this tragedy, I still feel for all those who did.

I remember hearing so much about that. At the time, I was too young to comprehend what exactly was going on, but I really do sympathize for what those involved in the event went through. May they rest in peace.

Wow, I didn't think it had been 10 years already. I remember that. I was 7. I didn't really understand everything that was going on. I didn't realize how serious it was...

Then, a few years later, the twin towers. National Tragedies.
RIP

To stay on topic, yes, we all know that the Oklahoma City bombing was tragic. Let them RIP along with those involved in Columbine.
