Ok, people I was about to download Photoshop Elements, but first. I want to know is it good for making layouts and stuff?

elements is good but you have to know that you cant do as many thing son it .. i had elements before but you can use brushes even though they say for 7.0 your are sometimes allowed to use them in elements some of the features that other versions have you cant really do .. or do as easily .. no amination unless you do it by layers .. but its good but you cant do to much with it .. while making layout you really have to put some thought and creativity to it if you want it to be good
