Sorry, but I have no idea what section this would go under.
Lately, I've been seeing these pattern/backgrounds all over the place.  ...What are they called? Where can I find them? Personally, I think they're adorable. I'd love to make a layout using it, but I have no idea where to get them. They've got to be somewhere to be so... popular, if you will. Fell free to move this anywhere, since I obviously don't know where to put it.

Patterns I guess? I'm not sure where you can find them. You can try googling it, but some make their own. *shrug*
