I'm planning on getting a new camera. i have a fujifilm finepix. i think the quality is pretty decent, but it's too big to bring it anywhere.

anyways, do you guys care more about the optical/digital zoom or the megapixels more? some reviews on amazon say that megapixels don't mean that it's always good quality.

so uh, any suggestions on what kind of camera to get? Less than $500 would be good.

I found that website. It explains how megapixels aren't always best, and when the number of megapixels you actuall have starts to matter is when you enlarge pictures.
I have a 5mp canon powershot A95. it was like $400 at Best Buy.

I got a Canon, but i don't know which product. I'd say it's working better than the others i've ever had.
