i know that this is an odd subject to bring up, but it has been annoying me for the longest time. at your school, do your teachers prohibit you from going to the rest room during class time?

some of mine did in middle school, but I really don't have that problem any longer. We get three hall passes per quarter and once we use them up, we can't go any longer. However, they never check to see how many hall passes you have left..

During "read days" where we just read, some of our teachers don't allow passes anywhere.
Other than that, they give you a few passes per quarter.

eh..i had to go pee once in 5th grade and my teacher wouldn't let me, so i just left the room and wen to the bathroom. After that the teacher called my mom and i got in trouble. We had a meeting with the principal, i was NOT GUILTY!!! well everyone has to go pee once in a while... damn crazy phycotic teachers.

Yes Yes Yes. I hate my teachers.
School rule is that you can't go 1st period, last period (8th), before or after lunch. I have lunch 6th period. So the only times I can go to the bathroom is 2nd, 3rd & 4th. And some teachers are b*tches so they don't let you go.

at my school there are lots of fights in the bathrooms so they just made up this rule that you cant go unless its an emergency. i think its stupid and not right because no one should have the right to tell u when you can go to the bathroom and when you cant. when i was in middle school, they wouldnt let this one boy go and he peed on the floor. served them well too

some of my teacher don't care. like, for french, u just get up and sign ur name on the board, and leave. she doesn't give a damn. same for english. and health. some other teachers care more, but they're really lenient.

Well, it depends what kind of student you are or if you have problems peeing or crapping it out ;] .. basically, teacher goes for what kind of student you are .. if you're an A + student, yeah she'll let you go but if you go too much. She'll said no .

Yeah that always works, but most of my techers pull this think where u have 2 times you can go during clasee for an eniter semester, man its sucks, but the kids sometimes make it where thats the only option to keep the school clean of drug activity or and disorderly conduct, still say its not fair tho.

in my school, you can't go to the bathroom during the first 10 minutes during and after class...to prevent people from hanging out in the halls. that's why we have that sign in book thing, because people just walk around in the halls with the pass and hang out...if you "go to the bathroom" too often in a certain class then i believe they can prevent you from going to the bathroom then unless you have a medical excuse

All of my teachers allow me...except my pushover science teacher. If you ask him, he'll be like "No, you can't go." Then if you ask him again, he'll say "Fine, if you really MUST go, then go." And then he lets us go.

woohoo, my high school is great... a lot of the time you can just go without asking. and we dont have hall passes or anything or anythign to sign. but i would understand why some school do. besides, if you ditch class, the school is small enough that it will get back to the teacher somehow, it always seems to. but people dont ditch that often anyway.
it was different in middle school, but im glad thats over, was really annoying.

Yeah, but some of my friends acting talents have brushed off on me so I am able to act like I'm about to die or something so they let me go and im off doing w/e just walkin by and talkin to the people with free periods. After 15 min. or so I go back to class

when I was in the 2nd grade (2nd grade!!!) my teacher wouldnt let me go to the bathroom, made me sit inside for recess, and lunch, and I ended up being put in a corner where I finally wet my pants. that woman is the devil. If I ever saw her I would hold her down and keep her from peeing!!

In high school I had a friend whos teacher wouldnt let her use the restroom and she wet her pants. how embarrassing. Needless to say, it never happened again.

It's highly annoying when you're about an hour into the class and when you ask to use the restroom, your teacher would say something like "You should've gone during passing period." but the only problem with that is passing period was an hour ago. Sometimes they'd say "You should wait until the end of class and go during passing period." the thing about that is, class ends in thirty minutes and I have to use the bathroom.

Yea kind of. However if its 2 lessons in a row, then they'd let u like near to the finishing of the 1st lesson. Other than that, they always tell you that you should've went before class when it was recess/lunch........

Also its coz when there are casual teachers taking the class, a students always says if they can go to the bathroom and then not come back until like another 1/2 hr later............... Each lesson goes for 55 minutes, 2 lessons in morning then recess, then another 2, then its lunch, then another 2, then school's over. So I normally go before class, just incase i'm not allowed to.

In the highschool I got accepted into, they give you a pass and it permits you to have only six bathroom breaks in class for one whole semester. If you use them all up and have to go to the bathroom, you get detention.
