I gave my all to you. You enjoyed it for a while, and when satisfied, you threw my all away. You bound my wrists and walked out on me. Left me alone about the thrashing waves of anguish. I tried to call out to you, but my guttural cry was lost to the cosmos. I keep my head down, for the shame of knowing that I failed you weighs heavily upon my soul. I bear the burden of my sins like medallions around my neck. Lust...the scarlet letter branded upon my breast. It once caused the ultimate indignity, but now I wear it with delight.
