not really. when my moms out of the house for an errand or whatever reason i am in charge, i have 2 younger siblings but that hardly counts as babysitting. they're not kids and i don't get paid for it.

yes. Only for 1 family though..they pay well!

$25 for taking up their mail while they were on vacation (for 3 days)
and $25 for 2 hours also..


normally thats how much they pay for anything =p

Yeah, i do, i look after a boy and girl, the girl is 2 and the boy is almost four. I get paid quite alot, i have to make them food and stuff and once i had to give them a bath. They are nice kids though, put cartoons on the telly and they are quiet for hours lol

JEEEEEEEEEEESH]] i can make them shutup... anytime.. all you need is a TV an extra compuetr [[you need hte computer you have]] or just... a cage around your house.. [[aka back yard wit fence]] =] but still i spend my time with them... one thing i hate is.. when their mom brings in BDOs of dora or blues clues... tHE DAYUM SONGS GET STUCK IN MY FERGIN HEAD THE WHOLE WEEEEEEK!!!

All the time, but of course I don't get paid. My cousin (who's 23) has a daughter whose 2 that I love to utter pieces.

Her dad (is a freaking S.O.B and needs to die of alcohol poisoning) is never around, so I try my best to help out whenever I can. I completely love my niece to death and would do anything for her.

I babysit my sister practically every day. I don't get paid. Sometimes I'll babysit for my parent's friends kids. That's when I get paid. I don't mind not getting paid by my parents, because they give me spending money when I go out so it's all good.

Yup. ^_^ I babysit off and on for my nextdoor neighbor. Two little girls. One's 3 the other's 4. >.> Yes, it's a handful. But it's fun. They're awsome kids. And I get $7 an hour, which is great cause it's normally at least 5 hours. happy.gif

Also babysat a girl like..3 years under me for awhile. Great pay, and I spent most of the day teaching her poker. >.>

it depends on the baby/kid... if its a really cute and nice one, then i'll DEFINITELY baby sit him/her, but if its like one of those wild ones[LOL], then heeeeeeeek no i won't baby sit! so i guess its 50/50

Sometimes my friends and I babysit at this place called the mill. It's a really really really nice resturant that also hosts weddings and receptions. They have a room upstairs to stick the kids when no one wants them around. wink.gif It can get really crazy up there.

At any given time we have between 1 and 8 kids. Older kids are the best, because they can boss their siblings and cousins around more than we can and that can be REALLY helpful

Yea I baby sit for the lady that lives in the house behind me she is realy cool and her house is great and I can swim in her pool when ever I want she has a little girl and they are out of town for the week and I am at her house right now checking on her dog and cat.

Yea, I use to a while ago. Not so much anymore though. I only really do it when someone asks, its not like a job or something that I do on a regular basis.

I do sometimes.
Easy money.

But it would suck if it was a crappy kid.


I got payed about 20 bucks for watching tv for about an hour and a half.

The kid was playing outside, Ill i had to do was to go tell her to take a bath.

Good times.

yes, i take care of my parent's friend's children on occasion.
they're pretty sweet kids though
