Quick questions regarding the Splash Intro Page! |

#1. Ok, I have an image for my intro page. But how can I make it so the image changes when the mouse is over it? I know it can be done, I've seen it on different xangas.
This is my image:  And when the mouse is over it.. I want it to change to this:  (uhh... sorry for the blood if anyone doesn't like it) #2. Is there a way where you can only click on the "ENTER" to get in and nothing else?? Thanks guys QUOTE please use thumbs for large images

What your talking about are rollovers, which unforutunately you can't do with the intro splash screen. you can only use an image. However, you can make it into an animation.

Yah I meant rollovers. But wait... isn't there any way to do what I wanted??
And if I have to make it into an animation, how would I do it? =\ Look at their Xangas: http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=zouker http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=Yummcious_Donut Their intro changes on rollover. That's pretty much what I want to do. SO how can I do it, any help? |

In the first one, nothing happens. In the second one, it's a hover for the links. If you go to her xanga, all the links have that. What you're talking about is a rollover, and those are not rollovers.

Oh... you're right...
Damn, feel stupid. But is there a tutorial to do a quick pic changing animation? I really have no clue right now. |

All I have is Adobe Photoshop CS.
What program do I need...?? |

Google 'free animation program'. -shrug- Most free ones are very simple to use, so you'll be okay. |
