could u help me...
i want to know how to make pictures have the same feel.. do u get my meaning?? I mean i have a blend im making, but the pictures dont really go cuz they where taken by different people what do i do??  Oh i have psp9

maybe you could add noise to the picture? or add different effects, try the "effect browser" in the Effects menu at the top of psp9..it shows you a variety of effects. I hope it helps !

Do you mean like you have three different pics and you blended it together, but now it looks weird cause they were taken at different places or something?
Add effects, like weave said. Like adding scanlines or something. Just make sure that you do it to the whole pic, and not only one area or else it would look kinda funky. but funky is good.
