I can't remember how to decrese the width of my date area at the top of my entries. I'm working on a layout and the date area is really wide and is making my entry space have a scrollbar at the bottom. how can i fix this??

table.blogbody {
/* this edits the other the place where the blog is */
background-color:transparent;
family-font: trebuchet ms;
BORDER: #000000 1px solid;
width:400px;}

Decrease it?

i tried that, but all it did was make the actual blog area smaller, not the date. The date stayed the same size....

try adding this to the end of your stylesheet
CODE
div.blogheader, table.main, table.navigation, table.footer, table.blogbody{
width:550px;
}

/* edits the date */
div.blogheader, .caption {
background-image: url();
background-repeat:no-repeat;
background-position:left;
font-family: georgia;
text-transform:none;
font-size:18px;
line-height:20px;
font-weight:normal;
color:#80DF20;
letter-spacing:2px;
background-color:#000000;
text-align:left;
border:2px solid #80DF20;
width: 300px
}

I added the width part to my code and it changed the size of the header/date. Thanx for all your help. :)
