I did some minor changes by taking some suggestions from you guys. What do you guys think? Any other suggestions? This isnt one of those custom layouts. I like this cause its simple and well organized.

i guess you have a different definition of "organized".
 default doesn`t really tickle a lot of people`s fancies, but since it tickles your`s, i guess we`ll have to settle, but nice banner.
